Online Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders are not processed on weekends or United States Federal holidays.
Please note that the daily order processing cut-off time is 9:00AM EST. All orders placed after 9:00AM EST will not be processed on the same day. Generally, please allow 1-2 days to process your order, unless an item is out of stock.
Before ordering please be aware that UPS does not transport packages over the weekend. This means that you should not count Saturday and Sunday as delivery days. For example a UPS 2nd Day Air package ordered by 9:00 AM EST on Thursday (assuming the items are in stock), will ship Thursday and be delivered on Monday, not on Saturday. Likewise, a Next Day Air shipment ordered on Friday by 9:00 AM EST will be delivered on Monday, not on Saturday. | Basic Shipping Options within the United States |
| We offer a free shipping option for US orders of 2-9 pairs of SoleMates using USPS First Class shipping. For orders of 10 or more pairs, USPS First Class shipping is not an option. |

| United States Postal Service (USPS) – First Class (2-8 days depending on location). Is not an option for large quantity orders (10 or more pairs of SoleMates). |

| United States Postal Service (USPS) – Priority Mail (2-3 days depending on location). Fast and affordable delivery to every address in the United States. |
| Expedited Shipping Options within the United States |
| United Parcel Service (UPS) - Next Day Air (1 business day - Next business day delivery by end of day). Available to the 48 contiguous states. Guaranteed next-day delivery for peace of mind. |

| United Parcel Service (UPS) – 2nd Day Air (2 business days - Delivery by the end of the second business day). All 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii (may require additional transit times for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii). |

| United Parcel Service (UPS) – Ground (1-5 business days depending on location – Day definite delivery). All 50 states and Puerto Rico. Prompt, dependable, cost-effective shipping with guaranteed delivery. |

| *Merchandise shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service http://www.ups.com) must use a valid street address for the shipping address. UPS will NOT make deliveries to a P.O. Box (Post Office Box). |
| International Shipping Options |
| We currently use the USPS (United States Postal Service) for all International shipments. International orders are not eligible for free shipping. All shipping charges are calculated in US Dollars (USD). |

| United States Postal Service (USPS) – Priority Mail International (6-10 days depending on location). Reliable and economical means of sending correspondence and merchandise to over 190 countries. Prices based on weight and destination. |
| International Duties and Taxes |
| There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order which are not reflected in our prices. Please check with your local Customs office to obtain a list of those charges. In addition to this some countries may charge and additional handling fee for delivery within that country. |
